## End-to-End Smart Contract Infrastructure

Our system runs on a robust, audited network of smart contracts, currently deployed on Polygon and soon expanding fully to Base. Each agroforestry system is represented by a unique NFTree, tied to:

* Geo-coordinates
* Tree species metadata
* Carbon absorption data
* Certification status via the Global Carbon Standard

Through our ERC-1155-based architecture, we link every kilogram of CO₂ to specific trees and their verified lifecycle, creating a transparent, traceable, and immutable carbon ledger.

Key contracts include:

* NFTrees & Saplings (multiple batches deployed)
* $aCO₂ tokens,  1:1 representation of real-world CO₂ absorption
* CarbonCertificate generator provides verifiable, on-chain carbon offset documentation

## Unparalleled Traceability

Every NFTree links back to a satellite-monitored master tree of a 15- 25 m2 agroforestry system and is tracked in real-time for CO₂ capture. Each NFT contains:

* Timestamped planting data
* On-chain updates per growth audit (verified by 3rd party)
* Region-specific performance benchmarks
* Lifecycle-based CO₂ output projections (e.g., 25kg in year 1, 175+ kg/year after year 4)

## Dynamic Growth via the Virtualiser

All NFTree evolution and metadata updates are managed through the Virtualiser, a smart contract layer that governs the visual and functional transformation of trees over time. Based on verified data such as CO₂ absorption, compost usage, and staking duration, the Virtualiser:

* Updates NFTree visuals (e.g., sapling → mature tree)
* Applies new traits and yield changes
* Tracks evolution milestones (e.g., “Biodiversity Verified”)

This system bridges real-world ecological data with immersive Web3 mechanics, ensuring each NFTree becomes a living asset that grows in value, function, and visual richness as its real counterpart matures.<br>

Users and corporates can click on any tree and view its:

* Absorption stats
* Location and species
* Stake status (locked, NFTree pool, game tree, etc.)
* Contribution to offset certificates
* Satellite images
