Referral Program

Sproutly’s referral program is designed to reward users for expanding the ecosystem by inviting others to participate in staking, tree ownership, or verified platform activity. The system aligns individual incentives with the platform’s long-term mission: regenerating nature through verifiable, user-driven CO₂ impact.

Referral Framework

Each user is provided with a unique referral link or wallet-linked code. When a referred individual performs one or more qualifying actions, a predefined reward is issued to the referrer, either in $SEED, Sapling NFTs, Stables or COMPOST.

Sproutly operates a unified referral system that applies to both retail and enterprise users. There is no hard distinction between B2C and B2B referrals: all impact-generating actions flow through Sproutly, while Carbify handles the operational delivery of certain business-facing services. In all cases, Sproutly ensures that the original referrer is rewarded.

Referral Triggers

The following actions are eligible for referral rewards:

• Verified account creation Users who complete full registration and pass KYC on https://dashboard.sproutlyrwa.com or https://portal.carbify.io

• $SEED staking Valid when the referred user stakes at least $250 worth of $SEED and holds it for a minimum of 30 days

• Land plot purchases Users who purchase one or more NFTree plots through the Sproutly dashboard

• $aCO₂ purchases or CO₂ pool participation Includes direct $aCO₂ purchases and contributions to CO₂ offset pools

• Tree purchases (B2B or scaled retail) Large-volume tree package purchases, whether by individuals or companies

• Business API integrations Referrals that result in the integration of Sproutly or Carbify APIS into third-party platforms, marketplaces, or corporate dashboards

• Game signups

Sproutly may adjust referral reward amounts depending on the type, scale, and verification level of each action. The referral rewards will be available on the Sproutly referral website.

Strategic Referrals: B2B Expansion

The referral program actively supports the onboarding of companies, NGOs, and institutional partners. Referrers who successfully bring in organisations that:

• Purchase large-scale tree packages

• Participate in CO₂ pools

• Integrate with Carbify’s dashboards or APIS

may be eligible for enhanced performance-based rewards, recognition within the DAO, or designation as a verified Green Partner in the ecosystem.

Integrity and Protection

To protect the program against abuse and ensure fairness, the following rules are in place:

• A 30-day staking period is required before referral rewards are unlocked

• Wallet uniqueness is enforced to reduce sybil attacks

• Referral limits may be applied to single IP’s or entities to prevent abuse

These safeguards ensure that the system remains secure, transparent, and aligned with Sproutly’s regenerative values.
